PickleFaults

Terms of Use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and HQ Solutions, Windsor, Ontario, Canada ("we"), for the PickleFaults app and its watch apps. By using PickleFaults you accept them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, Apple's agreement wins for anything about Apple.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use PickleFaults on devices you own or control, for your own play and coaching. Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app.

PickleFaults helps you notice patterns in your errors. It isn't professional coaching, and how you use what it shows you is up to you. Play safely, and keep your attention on the court.

Free and Premium

The free version includes 6 metrics and the last 30 days of history. After your 3rd match (or when you add the demo matches), the app gives you a free 14-day Premium trial once; it ends on its own and never charges you.

PickleFaults Premium unlocks unlimited metrics, pins and metric sets, full history and trends, insights, match reports and export. You can buy it as:

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is taken by Apple or Google. Cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use Restore purchases in the app to get Premium back on a new device with the same store account.

If we change a subscription price, Apple or Google will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before it applies.

Your data

Your logged data stays on your devices, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping copies you care about, for example with the app's export. We can't recover data deleted from a device.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or change features, or stop offering it. If we stop offering it, apps already installed keep working with the data on your devices. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update.

No warranty; limits on liability

PickleFaults is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
